  1. Can I resend reminders? What happens to people that have already received them?

    You can safely resend reminders for the same day again – only clients that didn’t receive them initially will get them. This is handy if for example a client was set up not to receive reminders in their preferences, and you need to resend reminders after changing their preferences.

  2. What format should my client's mobile numbers be in?

    For all numbers you must use an international format and include both country and area code and avoid spaces. For example: New Zealand: 64212614687, Australia: 61407142657 – 64 and 61 are the respective country codes.

  3. What mobile phone network do my clients need to be on to receive sms reminders?
